Harmony Kerala is a concept introduced by Mr.C K Suresh from his rich experiences in social work, training and counselling. Harmony Kerala means combining the wisdom of Indian Spirituality with modern techniques of psychology and management. Sri Suresh, the renowned life coach in Kerala has created a framework of simple guidelines for happy living, which he calls 'Living in Harmony'.
Living in Harmony (LIH) is a practical philosophy of effective living. It advocates some simple attitude changes and perceptual shifts that help a person to lead a happier life with healthier relationships.
CLIH focuses on intrapersonal and interpersonal integration. “I am the creator, sustainer and destroyer of MY world. When I need a better world, I must create it”. To clarify, this is the core concept of LIH. Happiness depends on one's response to one's experiences. Therefore Living in Harmony empowers the individual to understand his inner world, and manage his responses to the experiences of the world around.

Sri C K Suresh delivers 90 minute talk for 5 successive days. It will organize at public places, sometimes in association with socio-cultural organisations, residents' associations, youth clubs, etc. Certainly, families and people of all age groups will get benefit from these talks by attending well.

Certainly, meditation makes you capable of dealing your day to day lives. That is to say Harmony Meditation is a training programme. In other words it is self integration through meditation. The meditation training programme will conduct in the form of 1 hour meditation sessions for 3 to 4 successive days. During LIH Topic Talks, the Harmony Meditation programme also may conduct which expresses deep thoughts about a particular topic.
Family Harmony Workshops are conducting for families. These are half-day workshops which include interactive sessions on Love, Values and Relationships within the family. Here generations in the families can openly express their concerns and understand those of others. As a result people of all age group enjoy the opportunity to express their thoughts.
